If we want to create an issue the cascading list in the field "project" is too short. We have similar project names and sometimes we could not distinguish the projects in that list:

Is it possible to extend that length or to show the title of the project?
Not on Cloud. To widen the field, you will need to change the template that renders the field, and you don't have access to do that on Cloud.
Your only real option is to rename your projects so that their distinguishing parts of their names comes first.
It's likely that the project names which start with the same sequence of characters are actually sub-parts of the same project/company.
If that's the case, you might consider merging all those similar names in just one project, and create one Component for each of those separated projects.
