How to add the issue function() in the Jira cloud?

 

Can you please add an issue type "Open source package security analysis" in the SRA project. When this issue type is selected, the description field should have this text prepopulated "Open source package security analysis - Please provide the package name, version, architecture type and download location for each of the open source package you are requesting for a security analysis."

I think you have clicked on "help with Jira", rather than "help with this Jira".  This lands you in the Atlassian community, who are not your Jira administrators - we have no idea where your system is, let alone any access to it. (Your admins may well be here, but they won't be expecting to see help requests for your Jira raised here).  You'll need to contact your Jira admins.

However, on your second question - issueFunction is a function of Scriptrunner for Jira Server.  It cannot be implemented on Cloud directly, but Scriptrunner for Jira Cloud does have an advanced search function which can do a lot of what issueFunction does on server.  Obviously, you'll need to ask your admins to install Scriptrunner for Jira Cloud to get to it.
