How can I create a ticket with forms now? The Issue Forms button has disappeared from the project.

We used to have an issue forms button on the project. While in project settings I can still see the forms but they are not appearing for others to use to create. I have confirmed the are added to the project but how do people access them to log a ticket with one now?

I figured it out. You need to create a shortcut with the forms link in order for tasks to be created with forms based on the latest change.
