my confluence cloud instance is unusable

some sort of javascript error is causing a completely blank screen in firefox and chrome.

could we please get it fixed?

The community can't really fix anything on your instance. I would suggest if you are indeed using a premium version of confluence, to address this issue to Atlassian's support and raise a request.

As a side note, if you use a lot of addons in your browser you might want to try using an incognito window first to see if it's related to the browser plugins
