Can't change project logo

Project logo are not updated in Customer Portal

Hi,

I am trying to update the logo of the project but it is not beeing updated.

Maybe I am missing anything.

This is the logo I want to update in the customer portal: https://xxxxxxxx.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1

I have changed the icon from the project setting (Details section), but It's not working for me.

Any suggestion would be more than welcome.

You actually need to update the settings under the portal settings.

"From your service project, go to Project settings > Portal settings."

... but I don't see "Portal settings" option in my "Project settings":

Si no lo ves es porque no tenes una licencia de Jira Service Management. Preguntale a tu sys admin que te lo habilite. Cuando lo tengas, vas a ver esto:

El usuario que estoy usando es el administrador y por lo que estoy viendo parece que tiene habilitado "Jira Service Management".

¿Puede que el motivo esté relacionado con que estoy usando un plan Free?

El free debería funcionar. Te recomiendo que abras un ticket con Atlassian porque debería mostrarte las opciones.
