Is it possible to close a parent ticket if child ticket is set to specific status.

Hello,

Any advise here would be great.

We have a Jira service management board, and when a ticket is set to Approved there is an action button associated with it.

When the action is selected a clone ticket is created in a 2nd board.

The question here, is when the clone ticket has been moved to status of Done or Live is it possible to automatically close the parent ticket in the JSM board.

@Mihir Ruparelia You can use Jira automation to close a linked issue when one of the issues transitions to a specific status.  You can create and learn more about automations in the automation playground.
