Profile photos are not showing up for jira tickets in Slack preview anymore for all users.

Can you confirm if you are using the inbuilt app (Atlassian Assist) to integrate both JSM and Slack? Or are you using a different app?
If you are using the inbuilt app, the picture provided in the slack notification is the same selected on the Slack workspace, not the one on the Jira site. I just confirmed that this is properly working at this moment.
Can you confirm that your user is properly configured with a profile picture on Slack?
