We recently migrated our Jira Data Center instance to Jira Cloud. We also have Jira Align and completed the integration steps and restarted the connector.
Everything is working as expected however, one of our Company / Site Admins in both applications is now receiving updates to every Feature created in Jira Align. The emails appear to come from Jira Cloud and in the email, it has him listed as the creator and person making any updates even though when you look at the feature in JA or JC, it clearly shows the right name.
Our first thought is that he was made a default "watcher" somewhere in the background however we're not able find where that setting might be. I did notice a new user in Jira Cloud called "Align Integration" which is a watcher on multiple projects so thought that may be the issue however, it isn't a real email address. I have removed site access and we'll see if this helps but any insight you have in case this doesn't resolve it will be greatly appreciated. His email box is flooded with emails from the application.
