How to we set the commited/completed work for the velocity chart?

Hello,

I would like to leverage the team velocity chart, but I see that I have 0 for many of the sprints. Why?

Hi @Arturo Jimenez - There are a few factors that come into play:

1. You need to make sure each story has an story point value captured in the estimate field
2. Story points should be captured in sprint planning PRIOR to starting the sprint
3. Your workflow should enforce a resolution when transitioning to your resolved status, whether that be hard set as part of the transition or enforced on a transition screen for the assignee to set manually.
