The "customer notifications" is out of reach

Hi,I keep getting this message for a week now when I want to change the "customer notifications" settings : "Something's gone wrong Try refreshing or navigating to another page. If you still see this message, our service might be disrupted." Other sections work well.Thank you for your help

Hi,Thanks for your responseyes, I am the admin, and we have a license; there is no error anywhere in the browser or other tabs and menus except "customer notifications." best

Hi @hossein,

Do you have admin rights and a Jira Service Management license? Do you see any error on your browser console? I'm afraid we can't do much on our end, the best way to fix this is to contact Atlassian Support: support.atlassian.com
