JQL Queries error when using custom charts

Question

Hello, We use the custom chart dashboard app. When we click on the dashboard, we have an error query: Erreur dans la requête JQL : un opérateur est anticipé mais ')' est mentionné à la place. Les opérateurs valides sont '=', '!=', '<', '>', '<=', '>=', '~', '!~', 'IN', 'NOT IN', 'IS' et 'IS NOT'. (ligne 1, caractère 8) We didn't change anything however, we start receiving this message. Can you help us. Thanks a lot. Best regards

Here is a screenshot of our query . We did also notice that in the JQL queries that have characters strings between parenthesis we receive the error message as shown below.
