Is there a limit to the number of times an individual can move a subtask to a different parent issue? A team member moved a subtask once, but can't move it to a different parent again: there is no "move" option for him at all anymore. Other team members do have the option to move it, and I can personally move it, so we can get it done. But was just wondering why the owner of the ticket couldn't move it more than once, since that's something we'll probably have to take into account in the future.
