Missing Issue from Backlog and Noard

Question

We are using a team managed project and I created an issue where I wanted to test the functionality of Github integration. I can search the issue by it number CA-22 but it doesnt show up in the Backlog or Baord, I tried changing the status from Done to Code Review etc but no luck.

Hey Dave Thank you for responding back.

We do not have any custom filters created so far.

I moved the issues to done for testing to see if there was anything wrong with the status. The only thing that if different about this issue is that it was created for testing with Github Integration . I can search for the issue by using the issueid but doesnt show up other wise.

A couple of possibilities here:

* Have you added a custom filter to your board?
* Are all statuses mapped to columns and statuses?
* How long has the issue been in the Done status?
