How to get draw.io into Confluence Cloud

Hi 

I am testing confluence for our team and would like to add draw.io to it. 

However after the instll-request was sent to the admin, nothing happed. I tried to find out the info about the admin, which didn't succeed.  

Thanks a lot, if someone could help me out of this.

Hi,

A request is request to your Confluence admin to install the app. I would suggest to contact your admin if you can find the way.  Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our end because we have no access.
