Does anyone have experience using Jira Service Management to organize the purchases process in an organization?

We used to before moving to a separate tool. This the workflow that we used:

Work Management has a template for Procurement that you could use, it uses a workflow that looks like this:

I think this could be a good basis for building a more complex process that takes into account permissions depending on the amount or type of purchase, etc.
