Is it possible if I create a plugin, that the plugin can save data on server?
Some types of data can be saved by connect plugins, but it is relatively limited - see https://developer.atlassian.com/static/connect/docs/
Well from what I understand to use connect you need to be hosting a server that runs the webservices that connect requests data from.
