How do we edit the request type groups in Service Desk?

It appears that new groups can be added when adding and update request types. I'm not seeing a place to edit and remove groups though.

Hello Tony,

If you hover over the groups shown on your Service Desk Request types, it should display a pencil icon which will allow you to add or remove the associated groups:

Groups work in a similar way to Labels in JIRA; you cannot edit a value of an Existing Group but you can quickly create a new one or select from existing Groups.

The pencil does not show up anymore in our cloud instance.

Agree with @eford the pencil feature is not longer in JSD Cloud instance!
