remote access enable

i am trying to use JIRA on the go but it is telling me that i need to ensure that "remote access" is enabled.  I cannot find where to ensure that is set up?

 

please advise.

 

each time i try to log in with the app it is locking up so I assume it is not turned on.

That's weird Mike.
For this case, I'd suggest you to contact our Support team here: https://support.atlassian.com as if you need any administration configuration, you won't be able to do so, but our team should be able to.
