Hi I'm not receiving emails from Jira\Confluence Tool, does anyone knows why?

I've deleted some mails from subfolder, and I deleted the rules I had in this email.
And Mails keep doesn't appearing.

Just an update:
For some reason every time I check daily updates email subscription it get automatically unchecked.
