I wanted to set an automation rule where the original estimate field gets automatically updated if I enter a value to the story point field
For example: Story Point = 1 my Original estimate field has to be updated as 8h
@Malavika L P this automation works for mePlease replace the '480' with the value in minutes that you need for each Story Point. {{#=}}{{issue.Story Points}} * 480{{/}}
Extremely basic automation to get you going (based on the requirement).
You may need to add in additional logic to handle different Story Point conditions.
How are you calculating the original estimate?

OK but how about monitoring the 'Original Estimate' field. It does not seem to be available in the list of fields.
