Provide link to Knowledge base in our portal

We want to link our knowledge base URL to portal menu option.  Please see the example below.  Is this possible?  Thank you

Thanks, Jack for your quick response?  yes, I was looking for a method to pin the knowledge base URL or search box to an option on the portal page.  Thanks for your help and clarification.

Hi @jbolton , links to KB articles are presented based upon what the user types in the search bar or when the begin to open a new ticket. It seems that maybe you were looking for a pinned KB article link? I don't know of any way to do that OOTB.
