Don't see "boards" in the left navigation bar

Screenshot 2022-05-02 100832.png this is the screenshot of my left navigation bar in this specific project. I cannot see anywhere the option of creating a kanban board for this project.

In another project I am able to see a kanban board.

Try clicking the "board" option in the menu, it should give you "create board" as one of the options.

Hello, what was the trick?
She asked how to show the menu item and you replied by question. And she reacted "I found it".
What did she find?
I did not find any permisssion "to create boards" and I do not see my board in left menu and do not se the +Create board item either.
