cannot find Jira tickets on miro although miro for Jira is installed

Hello all,

I installed Miro for Jira on my project but I cannot find any of my tasks or User stories in Miro.

also when I try to install other app called "Jira Cards by Miro"

all what I get is the following 

and nothing is installed.

 

so is there anything or any other app I need to install to do get this integration done
