Connecting Gitlab Self Managed Host to Jira through DVCS

Hi,

I want to connect a Gitlab self-managed repository and have been following the instructions here:

However, I cannot find the Gitlab option on this page https://xxxx.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ConfigureDvcsOrganizations!default.jspa

Is this only available for paid Jira only?

nvm figured it out need to use Github enterprise
