On my confluence page with a Table of Contents (TOC), when I refresh my page, the entire TOC goes away except the title.
Have you been reformatting the content of the page in any way? Have you done anything with the TOC other than just put /toc as plain content in the main body or a layout column (not in a panel or nested in another macro)
We are definitely on Confluence cloud, we have the same-ish problem, lots of pages that worked with a TOC stopped showing the TOC, when editing the TOC is still there.
we got the same issue without editing the pages at all + it happens on every space
