How can I set up autoassign issues based on schedule my team

My team are working on:
8-17 monday - friday agent 1,2
11-20 monday - thursday agent 3
11-20 saturday - sunday  agent 3

I want to auto assign new issues based on this information.  How can I do it without any plugins?

You can use an automation to do this.

Use whatever trigger you need

Then you will use a condition of type "if/else", then you can set the assignees basead on the field "Created" basead on comparations of hours.

 

However, i suggest to use the balanced workload to assignee the issues
