Visibility of Sprint per Team

Currently i have two actives Sprints in my project (same project) (see images below)

But are two different teams working in different Sprints.

I need know if is possible give permission (visibility or access) in those sprints to Team A can only access Sprint A and Team B can only access Sprint B

If the common board's filter scope is wide enough to cover both the sprints' issues and both teams has browse access to the issues in both sprints, then there is not way to restrict.

You could look at having 2 different scrum both for the teams and adjust the scope of the issues through the board's filters?
