REST API users search by property

Question

I try find users by property value, but always get empty list

/rest/api/3/user/search?property=accountType=app

Help me please. I don`t understand why.

How are these properties on the user set?

There is a double warning in the documentation.

UI properties documentation mentions that  "These user properties are not the same as the user properties accessed via the REST API."

REST documentation mentions "This resourse is designed for integrations and apps to store per-user data and settings..... This resource does not access the user properties created and maintained in Jira.

So to summarise, you can both have UI user properties, and technical user properties, but they are not the same and can't be seen / read from the other POV.
