Hello, I tried several times updating the page to be able to access the user management configuration, the page constantly threw me these messages.

There was a problem trying to gain access for this user.

We have had problems trying to retrieve the role for this user.

I am sorry, the image cannot be run through a translation site, so I don't know what it is saying.  There does not seem to be any error highlighted on it, or any error that my very limited vocabulary can recognise.
