Hi, pls is it possible to add severity as an option just the way we have priority ? Thanks

Hi @Ayobami Ebhojie

I assume you mean for Company-managed Projects?

Once you've created the Custom Field, still in Settings > Issues:

* Choose Screens from the left-hand menu
* Locate/Select a Screen used by the relevant Project(s)
* Scroll to the bottom of the list of Fields, and select the new Severity Field from the select box to add it to the Screen
* If needed, click/hold on the icon next to the Field's name to drag/drop it to another location in the list
* Repeat steps 2-4 for all other relevant Screens

You can add a custom field called Severity?

If this is a Company-managed Project...

* Go to Settings > Issues
* Select Custom Fields from the left-hand menu
* Create a new field - I'd suggest a Select List (single choice)
* Once created, modify the new field's context - and add some drop-down options (eg. Critical, Major, Minor, Trivial, etc).
* Add the field to the relevant Screen(s) where Severity is needed.

If this is a Team-managed Project...

* Go to Project Settings > Issue Types
* Select the Issue Type where you want to add the field
* Drag a Dropdown field from the right-hand menu
* Name it, and give it some options
* Press Save Changes
