Our EMAIL Notification stoped for 2 users - for other it is working

We were earlier getting emails and suddenly for only 2 user we have stopped getting emails. Where as for other it is working.

Now for old issues in my email box (if i reply with JIRA email address). That is shown in JIRA ticket. What could be the issue

I am using FREE plan - tried many ways.

What kind of notifications are the 2 users not getting?

Have those users changed anything in the personal settings, especially the notifications part?

one is myself. Admin user and another user who was getting all JIRA tickets notification.

When were not getting notification i did changed and reverted back.

- How do i know email is being triggered ? We using free account.

Also, no support available to track email error (if any) from server side.

Are you on Server, DC or Cloud?

Have you changed any settings regarding the notifications on your account?

Have you checked or changed the notification schema?

What do you mean with: When were not getting notification i did changed and reverted back?

So is it working when you do some changes?
