Restore the account name

Margarita Kalashnikova

Hi! Please help me to resore the access to my jira and condfluence. I remeber the name of the project, but i don't remember the name of e-mail account linked to it, since i have a few of them. Is there any way to get the account name by the project link? Thank you

No it isn’t possible.

If you have the link, reach out to your Jira administrator to check the needed information for you.

If you are the only administrator then I am not sure anyone can help you here. You may want to check all your various emails to see if notifications from the said instance was sent to them.

Lastly though I doubt it, you can try reaching out to Atlassian directly for assistance as most users have no access to your instance.

On a side note consider using a password manager in future .
