Xray plugin-Test Coverage is not working

Hello Everyone. Test Coverage is not working on our development project issues. Would you please tell me what could be the problem?

We are experiencing a similar issue. When I add an Xray test to the testing coverage section of an issue (either a new or existing test), the test initially displays under the issue but disappears when I navigate away from the issue and return.

Were you able to find a resolution?
