Question

Is it possible to collect additional information when a customer signs up? Asking for things like phone number and other valuable information as well as breaking up first and last name would be helpful.

Additionally, is it possible to trigger an event upon sign up. Whether that is sending out a web request directly or triggering an automation?

You also have an option to configure organization form which can be done by agents

The Automation to trigger once the customer joins is available via JAVA APIs but not via any trigger we see in Automation as of now

You could choose this plugin which is the best suitable option to have your requirement satisfied 🙂

Thanks for the suggestion @Pramodh M . Do you have experience with this? Do you know if it is possible to trigger an event (web request or automation) after a customer completes the form in this plugin?
