where we can find the Closed tickets?

Hello Team, I want to know that where can i find the closed ticket? Right now i am using jira service managment cloud version for 3 agents subscription option.

We open some ticket on it for test purpose but after solving or closing tickets, i am not able to find or track these ticket? please guide in this regard? Thank you

If you go to Advanced issue search (click in search bar the choose Advanced issue search) and enter the following you will find them...

project = xxx and statuscategory = done

replace xxx with your project
