how do i execute ticket to rundeck? how can i establish connection between jira and rundeck.

i have added rundeck plugin and when i try to run ticket from jira it's not executing.

Then I would recommend contacting support as indicated on page so their support team can help you directly. You may get an answer here but its always good to also check with the vendor as well as they usually have a support team well verse in their own products.
