Custom admin permissions

Question

Hi,

Is it possible to create custom admin permissions?

Example: If an administrator can do everything but what is I want to assign the user creation role to someone and that user can do everything related to user creation, edit, delete.

Please let me know if it is possible?

Thanks for your response. Are these all company-managed projects? Did you check  global permission as site admin or Jira admin - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-global-permissions/ ?

Actually, I am already managing project level permissions and no issues there but I am searching/exploring if I can create a global user who can access all the projects can create users on need basis and no other permission like create project.

I am not sure this is about team managed or company managed projects. Did you check the Permission Schemes and associate permission schemes in a company managed project?
