ProForma - Unable to create tickets with current form

Hi Community,

I'm still a noob in Jira, but learning slowly. I created this form to create tickets but i keep getting this error upon submitting it. Any ideas where to look?

What did the error explanations page state?

Does it allow you to contact ThinkTilt Support? Just a question, as Forms are now an Atlassian product.

Did you create the form from a template? I believe they are aware of some issues with the templates at this time.

No, this is a blank form that I created.

One thing worth checking is whether...

There is a field on the form which is optional and...
Field is empty when this error is received and...
Linked Jira field is mandatory (when not using a form)

Or...

There is a mandatory field on the Jira issue create screen and...
There is no corresponding form field linked to it

^ This can create an error, because the form is just an extension of the create screen - and still bound by any mandatory/required fields.

I checked the following:

There is a field on the form which is optional and...
- There is only 1 mandatory field in the create screen, but that field is not part of the fields in the form, i also tried adding it to see if it will make a difference but i still get the same error.
Field is empty when this error is received and...
- 80% of the form fields are required and optional fields are not empty upon submitting the form.
Linked Jira field is mandatory (when not using a form)
- There is a mandatory field in the create screen, but it is not part of the form, like i said before i tried it with and without the mandatory field but no luck.

Or...

There is a mandatory field on the Jira issue create screen and...
- Refer to the explanation above.
There is no corresponding form field linked to it
- I don't understand this one, do you mean to check if every section of the form is linked to a field? If that is the case, then yes I linked everything to a field and created new ones when I had to.

I was able to resolve this issue, it was related to a field linked to another project that was required that i had linked to this form. After some digging, this is now working as intended.
