Hi,

How can I move multiple cards on a Kanban Board at the same time? Is there a way to set this up, or a plugin that can help?

You cannot do that on a board. You could use Bulk edit from a JQL query in Advanced issue search. However unless there was really quite a few of these I'm not sure if that methodology would be warranted.
