Test Fields smart values are not working in Email body of automation rule

Hi All,

I have created Automated email when issue transitioned from one status to other in Automation rules for Jira. Drop down smart values are working fine but Text & Date custom fields are showing empty in mail body.

I am following the below format, Can you please assist me on this?

Employee ID : {{issue.customfield_10153.value}}

Location. : {{issue.customfield_10251.value}}

Email ID : {{issue.customfield_10196.value}}

For a question like this, please consider posting images of your complete rule and the audit log details showing an execution which does not work as you expect.  That may provide more context for the community offer suggestions.  Thanks!

Regarding your empty fields in the email body, if you write those values to the audit log, what do you observe?

Have you checked if the date/time formats you are using are valid?  The supported ones are shown on this documentation page: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-date-and-time/
