My kick start panel on kanban board is hidden and i cannot close the gap

In user menu (top right button) i clicked on "kick start" panel but only a gap was opened in my dashboard. Now i cannot be able to close that gap. i try with other browsers, even if remove cookies and close session but the gap is still there.

Any suggestions?

Can you provide a screenshot showing where the 'kick start' option is?

Also, some questions...

Is this happening on all boards, or just one board?
Is it happening when not on a board?
Is it happening for other users, or just you?

It does look more like the sidebar view of a board - you could try...

Selecting the 3-dots button
Selecting Open Issues in Sidebar or Open Issues in Dialog - and see if this resolves
Try it a second time - and see if it resolves

If this doesn't work - if you could provide the extra screenshot, and answer those questions, we can try to help further

Is this happening on all boards, or just one board?:
- This is happening only to me and in all projects. Roadmap, backlog and board views inside all projects included.
Is it happening when not on a board?
- In some windows like incidents or components this is not happening. This is just happen in roadmap, backlog and board views.
Is it happening for other users, or just you?
- Just for me. My mates can close that sidebar because in bottom of that panel, there is a close button.

I tried to open issues in sidebar but the gap is still there... The issues overlap the gap but when i close it the gap doesn't disappear.

The problem began when i click on "start kick access" (screenshot).

The screenshot owns to my mate. When I open that submenu this option not appear.

I pressed top-right button that i marked on screenshot.

As you can see, option that i marked on the last comment not appear on my board because it is supposed that i have kick start panel opened and it should be closed with a button that appear on panel but that panel is hidden.
