I want to see multiple jira boards status on one single separate board

Hi, we are using few kanban and few scrum boards for our projects . We want to have an overall status view of all projects progress at one board, just to see which team member is working on which task of which project. Means we want to see higher level picture of the project. We are 11 team members working on 4-5 projects of our organization. Please guide . We do not want duplicate created tickets on new board, instead we want to have existing tickets with 'in progress' & 'In QA' & 'DONE' status on new board having all the real comments, attachments etc. of the actual ticket. Please guide me how can I create it with the JIRA admin rights, without any mess.

Hi,

You can create a filter having all the issues from all the required projects.

project in (a,b,c) order by rank asc

 

Create a Kanban board and add the above filter (add other conditions if required) to it and associated the board to respective projects.

Now, try to remove the old issues in the board configurations (add subfilter too is required)

 

Now 

* Create quick filters based on the Project A, B and C

* In Swimlanes, select assignee.

 

Using above method, you'll have all the assignee (developers) task/issues and further you can filter it based on projects.
