What alternatives are there to BigPicture?

Question

As a Jira layman, a project manager from a 'traditional' background, I need an overlay to help with the project and portfolio management side of things.  Note - I am not an engineer and therefore need something that is simple to navigate and use, as simple as possible.  BigPicture has been mentioned to me but after running through comments I see that some people complain about it's complexity.  I need something like BigPicture to take away complexity.

Does anyone else relate to this and have you found a suitable alternative?

Paying for 60 plus users when about 5-10 people will use it is not justifiable.

Hi @James

I agree with my previous speakers. The best way is to try BigPicture yourself.

BigPicture is a comprehensive tool covering all aspects of project management. Therefore, it could seem to be complex. In fact, after initial configuration, its usage is not very complicated. Moreover, we are continuously working on improving usability and intuitive navigation.

To facilitate onboarding, we are hosting a product demo twice a week. It's a 1h product demo followed by a 30-minute Q&A session (you can register here).

Then, if you need more particular help with configuration, just schedule a session with our Product Implementation expert. Here you will find a link to our Calendly.
