Fatal error during import: Parent Issue cannot be null
I am getting above error while importing Issue Types like Story & Subtasks

have you made sure to reference the parent issue for the sub-tasks? A sub-task issue type without a parent issue cannot "exist" in Jira.

This may be reporting the last error in the stack of errors, and hiding the actual problem.
Try the import again, but with valid summaries for the sub-tasks, as that is always required (check for other required fields on the sub-tasks too, albeit in that file, they would only be Description, Assignee, labels and Priority (you don't put Story points, estimates or Epic links on sub-tasks)
