We are using Jira std account as a small entity , nevertheless we have several suppliers who needs to have access to our stories and in some cases epics
we have around 60 users , but only 5 would need the premium
I understood it is not possible to switch only part of the users so the cost will be a major argument
To have a clear view about the added value of the premium service woudl you have a list or suggestion about scenarios we could use to test and check
starting from you don t ask what you don t know )
what we do
Project management lots of small to micro project linked to smaller projects ( small is 5K€ ) large is from 20k€ ) and that s including lots of small dev to third parties making a few Man days but scheduled over days or weeks , across 3 environment
Issue is that all task are sent over to 3rd party but we lack the follow up as all are considered in normal account as 1 main projects
I know it s a bit complicated but I thank everyone in advance for their feedback
