Create Kanban workflow for an existing board

Hi,

I have a Kanban board for one of my projects, but the workflow is wrong and it was created for scrum board earlier. But we are not using the scrum board at present and we use Kanban board. I want to create a workflow which co-relates with Kanban board. How to do this task. Thanks

Do you want to change the workflow or simply the columns in the board? What exactly isn't "right"?

* to edit the board columns simply click on the ellipses and select board settings then columns. Here you can add/remove/rearrange columns or map your statuses differently.
* to change your workflow go to project settings > workflows and edit the workflow in question. Note if this is a shared workflow with other projects your updates will be reflected in those projects which likely is not desirable. In this case make a copy, edit the copy then associate the new workflow with your project.

Its CMP / Software Project.. There's already a Kanban board exists, but the workflow doesn't seems to be right.

Earlier this CMP was using Scrum board and the current workflow was created based on Scrum board.

I want to create a new workflow which is suitable for the Kanban board that is being being used at present.

In this case what should I Do?

Hi @Gnanabaskar , so are you simply wanting to create a Kanban board or are you wanting to also edit your current workflow? What kind of project? CMP or TMP? Is this a Software or Business project? I assume Software in which case you can easily create a Kanban board based n either your project or a saved filter.

please provide more info so that we might better assist.
