Is there a way to share the calculated field created under AIO reports?

Jino Kannen

I have created a calculated field under my AIO report area, the same calculated field can be accessed by others if I use that field in a report and share the same report with others, however the other jira users under my organization not able to pick that calculated field from their own AIO report console. Is it possible to share a calculated field with other users?

Hi @Jino Kannen

Good day, I am Sreeja Manchala from the Bobswift support team. We have created a support ticket https://bobswift.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/SUPPORT-9819 to better track your request. However, we couldn’t add you as a reporter. Please sign up using this link https://bobswift.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/user/signup and share the user name/id. We’ll then add you as the reporter of this request.

Regarding your query about the possibility of sharing the calculated fields with other users, we have an existing improvement ticket for introducing this functionality https://bobswift.atlassian.net/browse/ART-124 with our development team that continues to be worked on by them and tracked. Please feel free to vote and add yourself as a watcher to the ticket so that you can get all future updates.

Note: If you are unable to access the request or vote for it, please review this link: https://bobswift.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SUPPORT/pages/975012266/Access+a+development+request+provided+by+the+support+team

Regards,
Sreeja
