Can Bulk Clone Xray Tests from project to another with test steps?

I have a jira project and I am using Xray test management tool for my test case management. I have tons of testcases in the project and would like to copy all of them to a new project.  Note: We are using Jira Cloud.

I tried the below link where they have documented steps on how to download and upload them to another project, however the download template they have given here is pulling in blank spreadsheet (or in other works) it is not pulling any data from the Document Generator. If i'm able to download, I know a way to upload them in to new project. Appreciate your quick response.

Hi @Rajesh.Sundaresan and welcome to the community,

This is really annoying. Couldn´t get it working either :-/ I would suggest to contact vendor support directly. Maybe there is any configuration we haven´t considered.

Otherwise I could just imagine to manually clone all testcases and then move them via bulk action to another project.
