I need tickets in the "Done" status to be resolved/closed.

Hi everyone,

I currently use two widgets on my dashboard, one shows a report for "Resolution, i.e Resolved and Unresolved" whilst the other shows the report for "Status, i.e To Do, In Progress, Ready to Test... Done"

The issue is, all the tickets are in the Done status but they are still showing unresolved in the Resolution report. What can I do please? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Hakeem ,

This is an often asked and answered question in the community. You need to edit your workflow and either add a post function that sets the resolution to done on any transition to the done category statuses. Or you need to add a transition screen that will allow the user to select the value for resolution when they transition an issue to done. Also, you need to be sure to clear that resolution field anytime you leave a done category status. This is of course assuming you are using CMP project which I assume you are sincee TMP always assumes and sets the resolution when transitioning to Done.
