Can I integrate JIRA with Conclusion service desk and if yes how? Is there a guide we can use?

Exalate only provides integration capabilities with a couple issue trackers.  Certainly not Conclusion ...

I don't see any apps in the marketplace that are specific to integrating these two products, but this one claims to support integrating Jira with almost anything. You might investigate if it could serve your purpose.
